Final Assignment:

For the final assignment, students will be challenged to identify and apply their personal leadership style in a real-world scenario. Each student will take on a leadership role within a small team tasked with solving a realistic business scenario. Students will be responsible for guiding their team, making strategic decisions, and demonstrating their leadership approach in action. After the simulation, each student will submit a brief reflection paper analyzing their leadership style, evaluating its effectiveness in the simulation, and outlining strategies for continued growth as a leader.
