Courses Taught

Emergency Medicine, 2024-2025

"The Medicine Academy is a first of its kind program where students are learning hands-on activities that doctors do in the workplace. We talk about things like heart attacks, strokes; we do dissections where we look at the structure of brains, we look at the structures of what the skin would look like if it's broken so that we can suture it and stitch it back up. This allows students to really have that hands-on experience so they can decide if this is something they want to do in the future."
