We want our staff to be happy with their placements, therefore we do try to honor their requests. Some pre-college programs are filled more quickly than others. With that, we generally give returning staff members first choice of a program. If there is availability, we will fill positions on a first-come, first-serve basis. Under special circumstances and availability, Summer Discovery will assign programs based on its needs.
