Open to students completing grades 10, 11 & 12.
Tuition includes: Term fees, academic program, use of facilities, housing, 3 meals daily while on campus (2 meals Sunday, no meals Saturday), recreation access (16 years of age or older only), activities and trips.
Not included: Application fee, $70 student ID/technology fee, airfare, airport transfers (Available for $75 each way), class materials, meals eaten off campus, medical expenses, laundry, souvenirs, and personal spending money.
The Penn Law Pre-College Academy is a rigorous academic program that gives high school students the opportunity to experience law school at a world-class university. During this 3 week intensive Academy, learn what it means to be a lawyer while gaining a better understanding of the role of laws in modern society.
Taught and sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School, classes mirror those taken by first year law students. Develop legal reasoning skills, review case briefings, and unravel constitutional, criminal, and contract law. Receive coaching and constructive feedback on writing assignments and oral argument skills. Debate constitutional issues currently being considered by the Supreme Court, such as the Second Amendment, Campaign Finance, Affirmative Action, Marriage Equality, and Immigration Reform.

Admission to the Penn Law Pre-College Academy is selective and based on a record of academic achievement and leadership. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis and admissions decisions are made by Penn Law.
