Want to spend your summer taking STEM courses on the most beautiful campus with perfect Rocky Mountain summer weather? Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, CU Boulder provides a serene setting and college-town atmosphere for students to explore academics and adventure.
At Colorado’s flagship university, you’ll connect with world-class instructors in eco-friendly, state-of-the-art facilities meant to foster innovation and experimentation. Our intensive academies and courses in engineering, robotics, neuroscience, technology, biotech, and research are hands-on, challenging, and rewarding. We're excited for you join to us at CU Boulder for an amazing summer of pre-college academic programs and all that Boulder has to offer.
Boulder is the perfect mix of a big city feel and small-town appeal. After class, take a 15-minute walk to The Hill, a popular area just off campus filled with restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream shops, and clothing stores. Or, spend the afternoon on campus on Farrand Field or the Norlin Quad and take advantage of the outdoor pool, climbing wall, tennis courts, and student recreation center.
Grab your friends (and RC) for a walk down to Pearl Street Mall. This 6-block area is a pedestrian hub featuring hundreds of restaurants and stores. No trip to Colorado would be complete without a hike - or several. We organize hikes up the Flatiron Mountains and more for students to experience the majestic scenery at our fingertips.
Our home on campus is in the newly renovated Kittredge Complex, which offers breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. You will be a part of a dynamic community of students and staff who live together in one residence hall.
Whether you’re watching a movie or working on a group project, it’s great to live with your friends. And if you have any questions, your Resident Counselor (RC) lives down the hall and is there for you 24/7.
