I agree to adhere to the procedures, policies, and rules and regulations set forth by SUMMER DISCOVERY. I agree that my child will abide by the SUMMER DISCOVERY Code of Conduct, including any modifications, and I will review said documents with my child. SUMMER DISCOVERY reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate the membership of any student who does not abide by the procedures, policies and rules and regulations, and/or whose conduct is deemed by the directors to be such as to endanger the student, the success of the program or the enjoyment or welfare of other students and/or the directors or staff members. In the event of such termination, the parent or guardian will be notified, the student will be sent home immediately and there will be no refund whatsoever. Such termination will be at the sole expense of the parent/guardian. SUMMER DISCOVERY is not responsible for any cost of travel, food, lodging or consequential damages.
