Are you ready for your best summer yet?
Summer Discovery was founded in 1966 by the Musiker Family as Musiker Student Tours. Our first pre-college program began at UCLA in the mid-1980’s, and now our pre-college programs consist of collaborative partnerships with prestigious universities across the world. We provide impactful and enriching pre-college high school and middle school experiences. We are proud to say that our team consists of the most experienced, visionary, and talented staff in the pre-college field. Our mission is to provide the best experiential, university based summer academic programs that positively change the lives of students from around the world.
We commit to continuously striving for diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing education and self-awareness. At Summer Discovery, each person brings unique and varied experiences which inform our thoughts, actions, and decision-making processes. Our mission is to create an inclusive, safe environment for our staff and our students, where everyone’s differences are celebrated, every perspective is valued, and everyone feels safe to bring forth their authentic selves.
Summer Discovery provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
We are looking for staff to embrace and reflect this dedication. Our programs' success depends on communicating to our students that they are welcomed and valued. We are seeking trustworthy, fun-loving individuals who encourage the values of exploration and inclusivity and are passionate about the pre-college experience for a paid summer enrichment opportunity.
