Summer Discovery’s programs invite high school students to experience Chicago’s renowned culture of curiosity, creativity, and rigorous inquiry. Courses challenge students to think critically, explore new ideas, and apply academic concepts to real-world issues.


Students can explore diverse subjects such as business, computer science, economics, law & government, and the sciences — discovering new passions through engaging, discussion-based learning. Popular course topics include Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship, Debate, Careers in Medicine, and Engineering.


Each course is designed to balance academic challenge with personal growth, combining expert instruction, small class sizes, and access to world-class university resources.
