    • Summer Enrichment – Choose one morning and one afternoon course offered at the same campus to find out where your true passions lie.
    • Academies – Choose a subject-focused Academy, like Sports Business, Screenwriting and more to spend both academic periods diving deep into that topic.
    • Career Accelerators – Choose between profession-focused Career Accelerators in Medicine or Engineering to spend your whole academic day getting hands-on experience in that field.

Workshop: Graphic Novels and Comic Books (T/Th)

This workshop will examine comics as a form of visual narrative, briefly examining different styles in comics and graphic novels. Students will learn how to apply different techniques around drawing, shading, dialog and storytelling so they can write their own stories through comics, individually or collaboratively. This workshop requires no previous drawing ability.

Who Should Take This Course? This course is suitable for middle schoolers who are interested in arts and comics.
Highlights Students will gain the ability to write the stories for there own comic.
