Medicine Academy
This rewarding and challenging program provides a rare opportunity for high school students to get a taste of medical school and learn via hands-on, problem-based learning with dissections and simulations. Learn how the human body works, common illnesses, and the path to becoming a M.D. Anatomy and Pathology: Unique opportunity to learn human anatomy through a medical perspective. Learn to diagnose common illnesses and injuries, dive into major organ systems, and understand various imaging modalities (MRI, CT, and ultrasound). Students must have completed high school biology with an A/B letter grade.

Dr. Jasmeet Kaur earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and and Masters of Science in Nursing Education from UT Austin and Doctorate of Medicine from UTMB Galveston. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin. She is currently working as a primary care physician with various Austin companies.
