The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School Pre-College Academy, also known as Penn Law, is one of the oldest law schools in the country. With so much rich history surrounding the campus in the city of Philadelphia, students can learn on and off campus. Penn Law offers students a chance to experience full day intensives at an Ivy League school.
This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for high school students to experience an accelerated version of the first-year law school curriculum at an Ivy-League university. Students will learn from renowned faculty and thought leaders about cutting-edge legal issues.
In addition to providing a well-rounded introduction to the American legal system, the Pre-College Academy allows students the ability to follow their own interests and specialize in one of three focused areas of law.
Commuter students join the program Monday-Friday for classes only. They do not attend evening or weekend activities and excursions and no overnight stays are permitted.
Please Note: The commuter option is available to local Philadelphia-area students interested in attending the program, which does not include housing and meals.
