It's been a bittersweet weekend here at Penn Summer Discovery! Today, we said goodbye to our Academy and Law students and we will say goodbye to our Academy and Law staff in the morning. Although we will miss our students and staff dearly, it's been an incredible three weeks and we're sure that the we've made memories that will last a lifetime.
While the Academy students were departing, the Penn Prep students were spending the day at Hershey Park! The students had a day filled with roller coasters, water rides, and, of course, plenty of chocolate! Back in Philadelphia, our Pre-college students had the opportunity to visit Chinatown. RC's led them on a tour of the main sights, students were able to sample local cuisines, and even sing some karaoke!
Although the summer is beginning to come to an end, we still have two weeks ahead of us here at Penn! Tomorrow, students will have the opportunity to bargain hunt at the King of Prussia Mall, visit the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall, and explore the mosaics at Magic Gardens. We're looking forward to another great week here in Philly!
