Dear Students, Families and Friends:
Happy Fourth of July: for tonight's celebration our students went to Austin's Park and Play where they rode Go Karts, played games and mini-golf, and at pizza! After that we viewed a spectacular fireworks display for this holiday.
We’re off to amazing academic start here at the University of Austin Texas! The students have finished their first week of classes and many have already partaken on field trips in their area of study. The students in medicine and fashion got hands on experience at the Clinical Educational Center and South Congress District. The other students will be partaking in more field trips soon!
Although academics are certainly priority, there have also been a bunch of fun activities for the students to partake in. We have been bowling, swimming, hiking, and even crocheting. We have visited Austin's Famous Blanton Art Museum and the Texas Memorial Museum.
In the coming weeks we are so excited for new activities and learning experiences!
