The Cambridge Underground August 1, 2019

Today proved to be a typical British summer day . . . cool, overcast and breezy.  It was bittersweet as we said goodbye to our afternoon tutors, but spirits brightened as we celebrated Jack's birthday with cookies.

The Entrepreneurship class gave their final presentations about the "businesses" they ran over the past week.  They raised over £400 for Jimmy's Shelter in Cambridge.  Field trips today included a visit to the Fitzwilliam Museum for the Arts & Architecture class and the Game Changers class visited the Centre for Computing History.

In the afternoon some students visited Clip 'n Climb for an indoor climbing adventure.  In the evening, students participated in a webinar with CollegeWise, a college admissions counseling service.  Then for many it was off to the dance club for a bit, before coming back to the dorm and finishing their papers!
