The final weekend for our 3-week students is in the books, and what a weekend it was! Friday kicked off the weekend with two irresistible, all-day trip opportunities for students to choose from; a visit to the amazing Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky, OH or the famous Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum in Cleveland, OH. Our students and staff had a blast at both events.
On Saturday, students got a chance to sleep in a little late before loading the buses for our all group trip to Silver Lake. We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon of swimming, tanning, volleyball, games, and relaxation. In the evening, we enjoyed a few competitive and friendly games of Bowling.
Sunday offered a wide spread of activities for students, but also gave the option to stay on campus to relax, study, and prepare for the week ahead. We offered chances for students to attend the Detroit Zoo, Sportway Attraction Park, and The Motown Museum. We capped off the night with lots of laughs at the Ann Arbor Comedy Club.
Sadly, this week will be our last few days with our 3-week students. We have a busy week ahead filled with classes, activities, the Ann Arbor Art Festival, Summer Discovery Talent Show, and a trip to Chicago for Michigan/UCLA Combo students and our 5-week students. We can’t wait to make the most of this week and we will certainly be posting updates and pictures along the way! Thanks for reading!
