It is hard to believe that our time here in NYC has already passed us by. Our students and staff have had an amazing time in and out of the classroom and it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to so many new friends.
This week has been just as enjoyable as the last, but the emotions of looking to the future and not being in Manhattan has already started to bring sadness as students get ready to depart. Throughout the week our students have worked countless hours at their internships to finalize their presentations, finish their projects, and complete any other tasks at hand. The final evening was filled with fun as we relived our fondest memories through the Summer Discovery Pace slide show and adventured to the top of the Freedom Tower for some finally amazing views of the city.
All in all, this summer has brought strangers to fun and laughter and ultimately friendships that will last longer than the time spent here. We will cherish the memories and photos from the past few weeks and remember all the fun and learning this amazing experience brought. I bid you all a very fond farewell, it has been a time for the ages!
