It is hard to believe that our time here in London has already passed us by. Our students and staff have had an amazing time in and out of the classroom and internships, so it’s bittersweet to say goodbye to so many new friends.
This week has been just as enjoyable as the last, but the emotions of looking to the future and not being at London has already started to bring sadness as students get ready to depart. Throughout the week our students have worked countless hours to finalize their business course presentations and make the most of the last days of their internship. There was also wonderful opportunities to get in the last few London moments: shopping in Oxford Circus, soaring above the city on the Emirates Airlift, and pictures at Platform 9 and 3/4. There were also senitmental moments: watching the closing slide show and one last all group dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe. On Friday, there was a last minute trip to Covent Garden and a trip down the giant slide in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The final evening was filled with fun as we cruised the River Thames.
All in all, this summer has brought strangers to fun and laughter and ultimately friendships that will last longer than the time spent here. We will cherish the memories and photos from the past few weeks and remember all the fun and learning this amazing experience brought.
We bid you all a very fond farewell, it has been a time for the ages!
