Tuition includes: Term fees, full academic college credit and enrichment program, use of facilities, housing, 3 meals daily (2 meals daily on weekends) while on campus, recreation pass, activities, trips and excursions per catalog, blanket and pillow.
Not included: Airfare, airport transfers (available for $15 from Santa Barbara each way), books and classroom materials, course supplements, meals eaten off campus, medical expenses, laundry, linens, souvenirs, and personal spending money (approximately $75-$125 per week suggested).

Hearst referred to as “the ranch” is one of the most visited homes in America. This State Historical Monument of 130 rooms is a Mediterranean style estate with elaborate Italian renaissance gardens, and a collection of Spanish and Italian art work from the 15th-18th centuries. Pismo is known for its pier, surf fishing, watersports, and fun 4x4 Hummer tours. Experience the ride of your life through the dramatic terrain of huge sand dunes and bowls. Sections of the beach at the north end prohibit vehicular traffic and are ideal for sports, recreation, sun and fun. Students choose between Hearst Castle or Pismo Beach/Hummer tour.
