Tuition includes: Term fees, Italian cultural immersion, academic and enrichment program, use of Istituto Lorenzo de’Medici facilities, housing at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo, 2 meals daily while in Florence, membership at Tropos Health Club, transport to the Istituto Lorenzo de'Medici via private air-conditioned chartered buses for morning courses, activities, trips and excursions per catalog, blanket and pillow, sheets and towel with daily housekeeping service.

Not included: Transportation to/from your home city, airport transfers (available for $60 each way), books and classroom materials, course supplements, $395 fee for each optional college credit class, lunches and other meals eaten off campus, medical expenses, laundry, souvenirs, and personal spending money (approximately $125-$150 per week suggested).

  • 7:30-9:00am

    Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet at the Grand Hotel Mediterraneo

  • 9:30-11:30am
    Morning College Credit or Enrichment Classes. Classes meet Monday - Thursday.
  • 11:30-1:00pm
    Enjoy lunch with your friends in a variety of cafes, sandwich shops and pizzerias galore. Grab an espresso or gelato with friends at a cafe before class, or check your email at our state-of-the-art computer lab.
  • 1:00-3:00pm

    Afternoon College Credit or Enrichment Classes. Classes meet Monday - Thursday.

  • 4:00-7:00pm
    Afternoon Activity and Recreation Time
    A choice of between 3-10 activities daily, included in tuition: Arts & crafts, board games, intramurals, museum visits, work-out time, swimming, study time, on-line time, excursions and activities.
  • 7:30-9:30pm

    Tons of choices for Dinner. Every evening you can choose from 4-5 selected restaurants throughout Florence. Options include pizzerias, ristorantes, cafes and even American-style and Chinese restaurants.

    SUMMER DISCOVERY Prime Time
    A choice of up to 3 evening activities both on and off campus included in tuition: Movies, dances, club night, theater, museum visits, outdoor concerts, gelato tastings, talent show, casino night, karaoke, ball games, town time, work-out time, study time, and much more.

    Students in the Residence Hall, Followed by Hang Time, Late-Night Munchies, Friends & Fun
